Questions

Questions about the guides

Are the marketing guides and templates really free?
Yes. Every guide, audit checklist and planning template on this page is free to download and free to use commercially inside your own business. You give a name and a work email so the file can be sent to you, and that is the only thing your details are used for — there is no drip sequence and no sales call attached to a download.
Who are these marketing resources written for?
Owners, managing directors and marketing leads inside B2B, retail and SaaS SMEs — typically businesses turning over £1m to £30m with either a small internal marketing team or an agency they are not sure is delivering. The frameworks are the same ones used in paid consultancy engagements, written up so a competent in-house team can apply them without me.
Can I use these templates instead of hiring a marketing consultant?
Often, yes — and that is the point. If you have someone with the time and the commercial confidence to run an audit, set a measurement framework and hold an agency to account, the templates will get you a long way. Consultancy is worth paying for when the decisions are contested, the numbers are unclear, or nobody internally has the seniority to say no to spend that is not working.
What happens after I download a guide?
The file arrives by email and nothing else happens automatically. If you want a second opinion on what the audit surfaced, you can book a 30-minute discovery call — but that is your move to make, not an automated follow-up.
Beyond the guides

Prefer a conversation to a PDF?

Thirty minutes on a call will tell you more about your marketing than any template can.
